Kaitlyn, the owner and fiber artist of Cuddle Me Close Crochet is also the single mama to a bright and energetic little boy. "Any free time I have (mainly after my son goes to sleep) I crochet my heart out. It started as a way to keep me busy, while wheelchair bound from a spinal injury. It then became my personal outlet and lifeline. After becoming my salve, and therapeutic outlet, I decided to come up with a way to share my passion and gift with others, while simultaneously providing for my son. Now, I turn yarn into art. From handcrafted gifts to cute decor pieces, bringing warmth and joy to your home for every occasion. My goal in life is to show my son that if you have a dream, with a lot of hard work you can make it a reality. You don't have to sacrifice time and energy with your family, in order to provide for them. Now that the dream of sharing my art with others has become a reality.
