About She Pens Truth

The mission of She Pens Truth is to inspire women to draw near to Jesus through inspirational art, community, and devotionals & Bible Studies. Here on Faire, you will find our wholesale line of stationery products, stickers, and fine art prints. Each piece weaves together beauty and Scripture. For almost two years, I had poured myself into painting landscapes and abstracts. One request from a client to add a scripture to a landscape shifted me into the hand lettering world. When I opened She Pens Truth in the fall of 2017, I hand-painted words onto canvas and reclaimed wood. I also wrote daily devotionals on Instagram with images of my daily lettering practice on paper. I liked the wood-working, but I LOVED writing and chatting with gals about faith and life. Then, twice in 2019, I stopped working completely. Both of these self-imposed breaks forced me to drop everything and carefully choose what to pick back up. My focused shifted to devotional and Bible study writing as well as getting back into more fine art painting, this time in watercolors. These continue to make my heart sing and I cannot wait to see where the Lord leads next on this journey. Read their story
