About Indie Beacon Book Light
After years of trying to find the perfect book light, two independent bookstore owners made their own! Deb (The Book Oasis) and Mike (The Book Rack) worked with a manufacturer to make an affordable, feature-packed, rechargeable book light. Made by Indies for Independent Bookstores ONLY and available in over 300 independent book stores nationwide. A beacon for literacy and the freedom to read in any light and a give-back partner with Binc.org, The Book Industry Charitable Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting booksellers and comic book shops nationwide. In an effort to be eco-friendly, 96% of our packing is re-purposed boxes and packing material.

We love being able to support an indie brand that contributes to BINC, and get a really nice order of booklights while we do. The packaging is sturdy and makes display very easy, and there is plenty of room to get a price sticker onto.

love these lights. did a test order in February and sold all but one by July. Great Turns! The three levels of bright are amazing and customers have raved about the option for golden light rather than white. Was a little disappointed the mini lights only came in one design rather than a sample of all the options shown but we're certain the customers will still love the little orange cat design. Definitely carrying these in the store for a long time to come :)
