It seems kind of odd that a luxury chocolate maker would also make a protein powder. However it actually does make sense. You see, we've been buying high end powdered milks for 15 years to make our chocolate. Milk isolates and concentrates (and whey too) are all just powdered milks. We have been using the "best of the best" for many years, and most protein powders certainly don't. In fact most use "whey" - which is a byproduct of making cheese - which has historically been poured down the drain or fed back to the livestock. We use the word "whey" because that's what everyone understands. However, our powders are "whey better"! Haha! Please excuse the pun! By using properly spray dried whole milk powder, our protein isolates and concentrates are more nutritious, and much better tasting than the whey people choke down on a daily basis. Everyone eats every day. Nobody should have to "acquire a taste" for healthy food. By eliminating crap like fillers, chemicals, artificial sweeteners, and so forth, then using natural ingredients like REAL vanilla powder we can actually make a protein supplement that people enjoy!
