About Baramel

Baramel, specialized in pastry, honey and bulk ingredients, founded in 1980 by Rurik AUBIN, a beekeeper and passionate about protecting the environment. Committed to organic farming since its creation, the family business located in Brittany near Rennes has been managed since 2014 by his son Alexis AUBIN. Convinced of the importance of healthy and fair food, pastries and cookies are made with organic, fresh, wholegrain ingredients and without preservatives. The honeys packed on site are neither heated nor filtered. The bulk offer (honey, cookies, dried fruits, etc.) comes from direct producers, processed and packaged in our workshop.Read their story
