21 Folds transforms the ancient art of origami into contemporary wearable sculpture. Each piece begins as a miniaturised hand-folded paper form. Through a meticulous finishing process, these delicate sculptures are strengthened and preserved beneath layers of resin, creating a porcelain-like finish that captures every fold, edge and shadow of the original paper, making them water resistant and lasting. The result is jewellery that sits between craft, sculpture and adornment: lightweight, durable pieces that celebrate both the fleeting nature of paper and the desire to preserve beautiful things. Our collections draw inspiration from the rich heritage of paper folding while embracing a distinctly modern aesthetic. Clean geometric forms, thoughtful colour palettes and minimalist styling bring a fresh perspective to a craft with centuries of history. Every piece is individually folded, finished and assembled by artist Denaé Vorster in the Netherlands, and paired with high-quality stainless steel findings finished in 18k gold plating.
