About Stephanie Hopkins
Taking inspiration from the colours and textures in the natural environment I create hand raised copper vessels, unique jewellery and decorative hangings for the home using traditional metalsmithing techniques. Patination is my main method that I use throughout my practise to create one of a kind pieces. I have a passion for using copper and brass and manipulating the surface to create pieces that are truly unique. My newest jewellery collection has been influenced by Art Deco patterns and shapes.
