With the family of the famous Breton Michelin-starred chef, Jacques Thorel, Valentin, still a teenager, discovered good food, tasted the best recipes and enjoyed the finest flavors in his company. Among these delights, Valentin was lucky one day to discover the salted butter caramel whose delicious recipe Jacques developed during his career. It was in November 2019, at the age of 18 and at the very beginning of his higher studies, that Valentin decided to create his micro-company specializing in the manufacture of salted butter caramel. Valentine's Day Caramel was born!
