Nicole AnnMarie Benjamin is the Owner/ Designer of AnnMarie Accessories which is a handmade accessories line that focuses on lightweight genuine leather, wood, and polymer clay pieces. AnnMarie Accessories was started on a whim when Nicole tried cutting some leather earrings just to see how it would turn out. Showed a few friends and family members and they starting pre ordering before she even had all her supplies. They convinced her to start a business. This was all during the lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the extra time on her hands, she gave it a shot and that was it. It’s only been a short period of time, but the response has been absolutely humbling. Her daughter Madison AnnMarie Benjamin, who is a talented gymnast, but very artistic decided to join in on the fun. While Nicole focuses on AnnMarie Accessories’ genuine leather and wood pieces, Madison shows her artistry with their handmade polymer clay pieces. While AnnMarie Accessories is still a young company, Nicole’s over 18 years of experience in the fashion industry and her Fashion Merchandising degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology(FIT), will surely take this business very far.
