Hi, I'm Stefanie, the founder of Commonwealth Candle! I want to make your surroundings smell amazing. I also want to make sure that those awesome smells aren't causing you any harm, so we make all of our candles with non-toxic, eco-friendly ingredients. All of our candles are hand poured and made in small batches using high quality 100% soy wax, which means you'll get clean burning and great smelling candles that won't ruin your air quality or cause soot buildup inside your home. Why soy wax? Soy wax is from a sustainable source, soybeans (unlike paraffin wax that comes from crude oil). The soybeans used to make our wax are American grown. Soy wax burns cleanly without emitting toxins like paraffin wax does. Soy wax candles last so much longer than paraffin wax candles do, which means more value for your money. We do not add any additives, fillers, or dyes to our candles. Our wicks are zinc-free, lead-free, 100% cotton with paper filament. Our fragrance oils are made with top quality oils that have been specially formulated for candles. They are always phthalate-free and carcinogen-free. Our candles not only smell amazing, but they are made from sustainable resources. I believe that candles are one of the best things in the world.
