We were so captivated by the movie "Jiro Dreams of Sushi"!! It tells the story of a 90-year-old man, who dedicated his life to improving his craft. Jiro Ono chose sushi and we chose to do the same with collar stays. Why collar stays, you ask? Because your great-great grandfather probably had to fuss with his collar by candlelight. Yes, it's quite an old problem!! Like you, we've gone to outings, dates, and business events worried about our appearance. Ever gone to the bathroom just to check on your collar?
