About 22paperdesign

The 22paperdesign story goes back 20 years. I was just a little girl with a love for drawing and crafting. For every birthday, Father's Day, Mother's Day and every holiday in between, I would sit down and create a handmade card for my family and friends. To this day, my mother still has a hat box full of the designs I created, some are interesting, to say the least. By the time I was in college, I was still creating and my dad gave me the wildest idea to turn my creations into a business. I sat on this thought for a while, contemplating whether my designs were good enough and if people would actually like them. Once I moved out to Denver after college with my husband, I was ready to make the leap and turn my dream into a reality. Coming up with the name for my shop was surprisingly easy. The number 22 has been a reoccurring number in my life with a lot of special events taking place on the 22nd of several months. Therefore, 22paperdesign was born. From 2018-2019, I slowly started to craft my illustrations and designs, but once COVID hit in 2020, I took the ground running to build my small business dream.
