Hi! I'm Kayce, owner of 4Twenty4 Wholesale Printed Apparel. After 25 years in education, I took a leap of faith to pursue my dream of creating boutique apparel full-time. Today, we proudly serve boutiques and retailers across the country with trend-forward apparel inspired by small-town charm, school spirit, game days, and everyday style. At 4Twenty4, you'll find a thoughtfully curated collection of graphic tees, sweatshirts, and specialty apparel. Many of our designs are created in-house, while others are carefully selected and adapted to fit the boutique aesthetic our customers love. Purchased products:
I placed an order and was told it would ship by 6/15 at the latest. I messaged the owner on 6/11 for an update and she said the orders wouldn’t ship by 6/15 but that they were in production. I messaged her again on 6/18 for an update and that I needed them by 6/25. She said they would be here by the 25th but that day came and gone and still no order. Order didn’t ship until 6/30, arrived 7/2 and I had to refund customers. To top it off, she said they would come with pockets and they didn’t.

I'm sorry this order didn't meet your expectations. I completely understand your frustration with the delivery timeline, especially since you had customers waiting on these items. This production run experienced delays beyond the original timeline I was given. While I shared updates as I received them, I take responsibility that the order did not arrive in time for your needs. Regarding the pockets, I also expected them to be included. Unfortunately, the manufacturer produced the windbreakers according to the approved mockup, which did not include pockets. I understand how that was disappointing, and I apologize for the confusion. I was disappointed to see the quality rating, as quality is extremely important to me. I understand, however, that your overall experience was impacted by the shipping delays and the pocket misunderstanding, and I respect your perspective.
