About Jericho Road Collective

Our greatest passion and purpose is to share and live out the story of God’s redemptive work. Christ is the center of our life and with a new born and being busy first time parents we struggled to meet and reach others with the gospel. As we considered ways we could have family time and fulfill our purpose as Christian’s we considered the power of scent and words in scripture. Each candle will have all natural aromatherapy scents combined with crackling wood wicks and soy wax for a safe way to pray, meditate or lighten a burdensome day. The scents will be tied to those mentioned in certain biblical stories or themes. Included cards will explain the story behind the scent as well as the eternally important message of Christ. We hope that these can be a safe way to draw memory connections to these biblical stories through the scents that would have filled Galilee, Egypt, Jerusalem and more. These candles are also great ways to introduce biblical stories to those who may not know Christ or need comfort in a trying time as a way to start eternally significant conversations. Our prayer for each of these individually and hand poured from our kitchen candles, is that they will either strengthen and deepen a believers relationship to Christ or that through a gift as simple as a candle or any of the other products that we create here at Jericho Road Collective, that the Holy Spirit open downtrodden hearts to the joy of Christ’s sacrifice and the life brought by the gospel.Read their story
