About Il Cavaliere

We believe in uncompromising quality, in the excellent product that makes us proud of our work, and above all, we believe that it is worth committing to safeguarding the historical and food heritage of our land. The Il Cavaliere farm was established at the end of 2014 with the aim of recovering abandoned olive groves, often historical and where cultivars no longer used in intensive agriculture can be found, and producing an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, with excellent organoleptic characteristics. Due to its structural and functional characteristics, our company is considered to have a high social impact and recovery, as it develops themes and addresses needs that make its commitment in the context in which we live the cornerstone of all its activities. Recovering hectares of abandoned olive groves, often historical, on the shores of Lake Garda and being able to impact the territory through reclamation, allows us to create an excellent product with exceptional organoleptic qualities. The result of this work is confirmed by the professionalism of our masters in the art of pruning, which is taught scientifically and passed down through experience. The recovery of hundreds of hectares of olive groves allows us to impact the preservation of the Lake Garda ecosystem through a plant that, even if neglected, always allows for new life.Read their story
