Caldo Roasting is a roasting company based in the Rhône-Alpes region. We offer a range of freshly roasted coffees in our workshop in Pierre-Châtel (38). Passionate about coffee from a young age, Denis Lantelme decided to create his roasting business in the late 1990s. Over the years, he became convinced that quality products require control over supply, production, and distribution. This is the model he decided to apply to Caldo Roasting: a limited number of coffees to get to know the producers and thus ensure their authenticity from harvest to cup.
