The adventure began a few years ago, in the heart of the Loire, in the mind of César Triouleyre, the founder... Born into a family of entrepreneurs and artisans of good food, he had this crazy desire to create a project with his own hands, to design organic and artisanal products. Over the years, he has been able to develop his know-how as a liquorist and highlight his Ligerian territory. The independent liquor store MAISON 16 was created in the family garage in 2019. The first organic liquors, based on aromatic plants from harvesting. Natural and quality drinks: Sapinette, Serpolette, Fleurette, Fleurette, Gin Boréal, Papastis and Grande Sapinette.
