About R.H.Audet

It was in 1989 that Robert and Jacqueline built their little sugar shack located in the middle of their maple grove in Ogden Quebec. Syrup production was Robert's occupation while Jacqueline was busy making different syrup-based recipes, such as roasting almonds in maple syrup. A recipe containing only 2 ingredients but very delicious which has become his specialty.
