COSWYK began with a simple frustration: much of today’s pet furniture is made quickly, from low-grade materials, and designed to be replaced rather than lived with. It often compromises on stability for pets and aesthetics for homes, leaving customers choosing between function and design. We believed there was a better middle ground — furniture built properly for cats, and thoughtfully for the spaces they live in. Based in Cornwall, COSWYK designs and produces handcrafted cat furniture using solid wood and natural materials, with a focus on durability, balance and visual simplicity. Every design begins with feline behaviour, providing height, security, scratching surfaces and comfortable resting spaces cats naturally gravitate towards. Our wholesale collection focuses on a curated range of repeatable designs refined through practical testing to ensure consistency in structure, finish and usability while retaining the character of real wood. Working primarily with British timber, often sourced from storm-felled trees, we select materials for strength and form, finishing surfaces to highlight the natural grain while keeping construction details intentionally minimal.
