What is Lefse? Norsland Lefse is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made from potatoes, flour, oil, and salt, known for its thin, flexible texture similar to a tortilla. It is traditionally served rolled up with butter and sugar or used as a savory wrap for meats and sausages. Norsland Lefse is made with four ingredients--real organic potatoes, flour, salt and oil.
