I have been on the hunt for a replacement Jerk marinade. This one is good, flavorful with a nice, delayed kick of heat. Very cute packaging. It comes in the traditional marinade and a blueberry jerk as well. The blueberry has peaked our clients interest as well as mine. Taste yummy.
