On January 4, 2017, our son arrived premature. We like to think that he could not wait to meet us. Shortly after he was born, he was diagnosed with a TE fistula esophageal…. Which means his esophagus was not attached to his stomach. This was something that has to be surgically repaired. When we finally brought our son Harry home we didn’t have the monitors, NICU doctors and nurses to reassure us that he was ok. Initially that fear was overwhelming, but Harry is a fighter. Over the last 8 years feeding our son was no easy task. He has overcome so much, and we are blessed to be his parents. Harry has a great sense of humor and is very silly. Being a mom is the challenging, frustrating and amazing thing I’ve ever done. Harry has taught me that anything is possible. Starting my own business has taught me so much about taking a chance. My hope is to share the love I have for my family through my business. I want my son and my husband to be proud of my expectation of being the best. I’m blessed that this opportunity has allowed me to be a better mom and wife and have more time with my family.Read their story
