J + A Handmade was inspired by my kids. I started a small Facebook shop in 2018 called "CJ's creations" specializing in all things vinyl. Soon after, I upgraded and got a sublimation printer and that's when things took off for me. I opened a Shopify store, and the rest is history. I rebranded to J+A handmade once my daughter was born because I was burnt out of doing my entire town kid's birthday shirts, so I started wholesaling. I first started posting my finished t-shirts in destash groups of other business owners and there I saw the want and need for high quality shirts.
