About Rallini

Our Rallini brand was founded in 1998 by Luigi and Gaetano Vacca in Long Island NY. Father and son have brought a traditional Italian snack, Rallini , to American independent supermarkets, specialty food stores and bakeries. In 2023, they formed a strategic partnership to expand the brand to new markets throughout the United States by moving to a larger facility and investing in a newly advanced production system. Rallini LLC has introduced this Italian pretzel as a unique alternative to some mundane snack offerings which currently flood the American market. Flavors of Rallini vary from the familiar, like Garlic to the more authentically Italian such as Fennel Seed. This snack food has satiated a need for a more diverse food product that can be paired with modern accompaniments such as hummus, salsa and tapenade. The Golden color of our Italian Wine Pretzels is provided by our special cooking procedure. Our Rallini are first boiled in hot water and then slowly baked for color and crunchiness White wine obtained from a blend of grapes from California & the NY Finger Lakes Region enhances flavor and fragrance of all fifteen flavors of Rallini.Read their story
