But pioneering rice farmers have discovered some simple methods that can cut those emissions by up to 70%. Pretty cool, right? So I launched Nice Rice in 2023 to bring beautiful, aromatic Basmati rice from these amazing farmers to the UK. And in 2024 I launched the Nice Rice Foundation to use 2% of our revenues to provide training for more rice farmers to learn these emission-busting farming techniques.
