Over the last decade or so I have struggled with anxiety and stress, at times even depression. It started with me being in denial about how I felt and not dealing with how I felt in the right way which leads to further issues. But as time passed and I found the right people to surround myself with I realized that the way I feel is valid and that I want to do things that will help me deal with it in a healthier way but everything that I looked for seemed to require a lifestyle overhaul and I had a life that couldn't be changed so quickly. I wanted little things I could add to my routine that would help me feel better and introspect. So I started creating tools that could help me do that, such as a candle for meditation or yoga, Mandala prints that can help one feel centered, coloring sheets to lose yourself in the motions, and so on. I want the tools and products I make to help make your daily life a little more pleasant whether you have two minutes or an hour to spare.Read their story
