About Jo's Body Shop

Jo's Body Shop is a woman and black-owned self-care and wellness brand started in COVID of 2020 and we put a fun spin and eco-friendly spin on self-care. Our products are handcrafted, boast eco-friendly formulations, and are packaged using reusable and recyclable materials (glass and aluminum - and we're working towards being plastic-free). Our products are naturally colorful (all derived from plant sources), modern, and appeal to the child inside every teen and adult with colorful packaging and formulations so that self-care feels fun for everyone. Our ingredients are also gentle and effective and none of our products contain fragrances - but for products that are scented they are done so in the form of essential oils. We source all of our natural and organic ingredients while keeping in mind the science and chemistry behind their function. That being said every ingredient in our products is essential and impactful and we list all of our ingredients as well as their benefits on our site. We've reinvented what it means to be natural - and that means that as fun as our brand is, we don't compromise on ingredients, sustainability, or efficacy.Read their story
