The inspiration to start Lotus Flower Om began with my professa certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, who discovered the importance of balance in personal and professional life and its profound impact on the mind and skin. I observed how societal pressures were affecting their mental health and skin, ultimately influencing their self-worth and self-perception. This realization, sparked a strong desire for change, leading to open dialogues about the stories we tell ourselves and how they impact our mood and skin.
