Hey Hon is rooted in the belief that big connections can be made between us through small moments. Our original watercolor paintings express those moments in which we find joy through the natural world; whether it’s the expressions of an animal we connect with, the beauty found within a flower or the memories conjured by a familiar landscape. Hey Hon offers eco-friendly products with a heartfelt human touch, that helps both the gift-giver and receiver pause for a moment of connection and quiet joy. A little bit about the artist behind Hey Hon... Heather S Vitticore has a background as a fine artist, an illustrator and an art educator. Her artwork often exists in this space that lives within all three worlds. As a fine artist, she aims to hold her viewers’ attention; to stop, look and reflect. As an illustrator, she looks to tell a story through her subject matter. With a background in art education, she hopes to teach others through her art about the beauty and wonderment found within the details of the world around us. Entranced by the way lines flow and intersect, how colors overlap to create incredible new hues and the feel of pencil and watercolor on paper.
