Ranch Hand Provisions is a company deeply rooted in the heritage of St. Joseph, MI. It all started with Zick's Vineland Foods, founded by my grandparents Harry and Shirley Zick, which laid the foundation for my uncle Garry Zick's culinary journey. Garry learned the art of sausage making from Max Wolf, a master sausage maker, within those walls. In 1983, Garry opened his own specialty sausage kitchen, creating Zicks Sticks, a popular meat snack stick. Zick's Specialty Meats, still family-owned and operated, is known for exceptional smoked sausages, jerky, and snacks. They also operate Buffalo Bob's, offering unique and exotic jerky.
