FestivalTreasures specializes in hand-crafted hula hoops for everyone! All of our hoops are custom made at the time of order. After learning how to hula hoop in 2013, I picked up a few tools, tapes, & tubing and started my journey of perfecting the craft. Our beginner and weighted fitness hoops are our best sellers - they're great for hoop classes through a gym or with local hoop teachers. The ideal beginner weighted hoop size is one that reaches your belly button or chest - roughly 38" - 46" outer diameter, depending on your height. The bigger the hoop, the more you can slow down & groove! Hula hoops are a great tool for exercise, stress relief, and fun. They are not just an ab workout, but a total body workout that gets your heart rate up and increases your strength & flexibility! Besides the great physical benefits, hula hooping is a fun hobby! It is amazing for your mental health to have something that fulfills you with no pressure of making other people happy! Hooping, just like any other sport or hobby, can be anything you need it to be - big or small, a tool you can use to center yourself before or after a long day, a stress reliever, or a healthy activity you enjoy with your friends and family.
