In addition, we spend time dialing in a recipe for each coffee so that you don't burn through half your bag before you get it dialed. Fun Fact: We are one of only a handful of roasters nationwide that roasts on the NEW Stronghold S9x. It's making a name for itself for producing coffee with more clarity than any other roaster.
