In partnership with a local, family-owned apiary, Charleston Bee Works sources beeswax and honey to create hand-poured, all natural beeswax candles and natural soaps. With a refined rustic aesthetic, these candles and soaps are made the old fashioned way: slowly and with great love and attention to detail. Each candle is hand-wicked and hand-poured with golden beeswax smelling organically like honey. Each bar of soap is hand-mixed and contains high quality butters and oils with an emphasis on ethically sourced ingredients. Why beeswax? As a resource beeswax is natural, sustainable and renewable. As a candle it naturally cleanses the air and emits a sunshine glow that adds ambiance to any room. It has an amazing natural honey scent. Honey is used in soaps because it is natural moisturizer and deep pore cleanser.
