About Sperry's Restaurant

Sperry’s Restaurant opened its doors in 1974 by brothers Houston and Dick Thomas. Connecting the dots between Old English heritage and the Old South, Sperry’s offers a warm, and comforting ambiance that has impressed locals and visitors for nearly 5 decades. Now three generations in, the menu is still "as fresh as it gets". In 2015, Sperry's Mercantile was opened to be west Nashville's premier butcher shop and gourmet grocery store continuing with the dedication to quality and service that guests have come to trust for 50 years. With that, Sperry's began to sell its famous seasonings and sauces direct to the customer. Now nearly a decade later, what began as a passion for crafting unique flavor blends to create sensational guest experiences has evolved into a trusted household name, gracing the tables across Nashville and the country.
