At 45th Parallel Provisions, we lovingly create three different small batch, handmade, shelf-stable specialty pepper products that are sure to enhance any meal they're served with. They're an excellent addition to a charcuterie board, pair beautifully with eggs or avocado toast, are amazing served over cream or goat cheese, perfection on any sandwich, burger or brat and make a killer host/hostess gift! Named for the shared latitude of the two incredible places we've called home, 45th Parallel draws inspiration from the communities and natural beauty we're surrounded with.
