Yahara Chocolate & Tea is story about the love of sublime food and drink. Brook started selling chocolate after awakening to chocolate made with high quality ingredients sourced from cacao's homeland in South America. Yahara Chocolate & Tea now imports chocolate directly from many Central and South American countries. In 2021, he started making his own chocolate with organic cacao from the Dominican Republic and organic sugar combined with flavors of his home state of Wisconsin. And what is the best drink to pair with chocolate? Brook believes tea is chocolate's best friend, and he imports regional teas from China and Taiwan. The tea has its own stories to share, and the pairing is heavenly.
