We are two Ethiopian sisters, an American, and a whole lot of spices. Our kitchen is always a mélange of food cultures: Ethiopian meets Cajun Creole, Africa meets The South. Every dish is a hybrid between the zest of the French Quarter, the sauces of Addis Ababa, the fresh hotness of Tex-Mex, and the tang of The Carolinas.
