Thread The Word was founded in 2021 by two people who not only share a love for each other but also a passion for creating bespoke, personalised products. Peter & Annie believed that every baby deserves to be wrapped in something special and unique to them - something that will remind them of the love and care that was put into making it, and the people who love them most! This is why Thread The Word set out to create blankets that are more than just another piece of fabric: blankets that offer an experience, memories and feelings that will last a lifetime. We take great pride in creating handmade, 100% cotton blankets that are made with the utmost love and care in our Melbourne facility! We want to give people the opportunity to create custom blankets from the comfort of their own homes, and then turn these designs into beautifully knitted blankets made from the highest quality yarn.
