ERTH is a crew of real humans who care A LOT about our planet and community, making real tasty functional beverage using ONLY real whole food ingredients. Our claim to fame is our award winning bubbly recovery drink- The Sparkling Switchel. Made from raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar, cold pressed juices, raw Idaho honey, and Utah pink salt; this drink is inspired from a recipe for America's OG hydration drink that we found in a farmers almanac. Husband and wife team Sam and Eric came together with combined backgrounds in functional medicine, culinary arts, biology, large scale brewing, and natural chain grocery experience. With a heart centered plan to hydrate and give back to our planet and community without the use of refined sugar or chemical ingredients we came up with ERTH.
