In the heart of Italy, among the hills of Molise where the Majella stands out on the horizon and the sea breeze caresses the fields, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗶 𝗕𝗶𝗼, our organic farm, is born. My name is Antonella Vicoli and I believe that what the earth gives us is nourishment 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹. From this vision comes the choice to produce in a certified 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 way, with deep respect for the environment and for people. Cultivating according to the principles of organic and veganism is for us an act of love: we avoid chemical pesticides and animal-based fertilizers, preferring natural crop rotations and sustainable farming practices. With this philosophy, we care for 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶, and our 𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀, from which authentic and niche products are born: flours, artisanal pasta, and extra virgin olive oil that speak of our land, our history, and our daily commitment.Read their story
