Sugar and Spice partners with community organizations and state vocational programs to create meaningful employment for young adults, including former foster youth, and individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or mental health challenges. In our commercial kitchen, these young adults gain real-world experience, confidence, and purpose through hands-on training in food production, packaging, and teamwork.
