Our project was born in June 2021, after a long period of work, many tests and reflection. Aramal is the first sustainable gin made in Madrid that was born as a tribute to those trips with friends, in our case to Pechón (Cantabria) where the beach that gives us our name is located. We have opted for a sustainable product, made by vacuum distillation (reducing energy expenditure) and using recycled and sustainable materials in bottling. In addition, the production process is completely manual. The excellent quality of the raw material we use gives rise to our gin, soft but full of nuances. Aramal is traveling, it's friendship and it's fun. These are the axes on which our project revolves and that we want you to share with us.
