Our story begins in 1996 with a specialization in creating authentic Sicilian granitas, the result of solid experience gained in a Sicilian artisanal workshop. Our first productions, made in a small 25 sqm workshop in San Sperate, Cagliari, aimed to delight local beachgoers with the freshness of our granitas, directly under the beach umbrella. The enthusiastic reception of our products marked the beginning of rapid expansion. In just two years, the growing popularity pushed us towards larger spaces to meet demand. This momentum allowed us to spread the unique taste of our granitas along the beaches of Cagliari and, subsequently, throughout the island and beyond, becoming a point of reference along the Adriatic coast as well. Today, thanks to a modern laboratory and cutting-edge production capacity, our company is proud to present itself on the national market.
