Product works well, just very bad packaging for shipping. I know that shipping companies can be a little rough on packages, but this was very bad leaving me with less product that I had ordered.

Thank you for your honest feedback, I truly appreciate you bringing this to my attention. You’re absolutely right, the pods you received do not match the previous listing images. We recently transitioned to a new square pod design using updated equipment, and I should have communicated that change more clearly. That’s on me. I’m also very sorry about the packaging issue and the broken pods. That is not the experience I want for my customers. I am currently improving my packaging process to prevent this moving forward.
