I loved the selection of products, as well as the value for money. But I want to highlight their customer service: they quickly informed me that some colors were missing and made a change. Although it wasn't bothersome nor did it cause me any problem, they added two items to my order that made me extremely happy and I am very grateful to them. I will shop at their store without hesitation.

Graine Créative is a standout brand in our shop. The French-made DIY kits are very popular and are among the most purchased gifts. However, it is a pity that the items are not well protected during shipping. The boxes are sometimes damaged and the products are consequently difficult to sell (have to be discounted).
