As a solid mid-pack runner for over two decades, I know firsthand how hard it is to find the right card for an athlete. So I created sweaty ponytales—a line inspired by the kinds of conversations that happen on a run: the ones we have in our heads, the ones we overshare mid-mile, and the ones that stick with us long after we’ve cooled down. These cards speak to the joy, grit, and sheer ridiculousness of being a runner—or loving one. Because every runner has a story, and we’re here to help tell it. Whether it’s a pep talk, a thank-you, a well-earned congrats, or just a little training humor, we’ve got a card (or sticker!) for that.
