We first starting making sodas in 2012 after opening our restaurant Caravelle in the heart of Barcelona. Frustrated by the lack of options available, we decided to make our own, based on all natural ingredients that reflect our love of bold flavours. Later when we opened our craft beer brewery, it was a no-brainer to scale up production and bring them to a wider audience. We still make everything by hand and are constantly experimenting with new flavour combinations and have plans to expand the line up in the coming months.
