We produce between 5 and 15,000 bottles per year for impeccable quality and follow-up! Since 2009 we have been practicing viticulture in harmony with nature In 2013 we evolved towards viticulture without strong chemical inputs, today we are evolving towards a complete practice called “Biodymania” (certification in progress) as well as a certification for organic champagnes from the 2022 vintage. From the point of view of transformation, our philosophy dictates a very natural transformation of the juice, which of course involves considerable sulphite reductions, then the elimination of any unnatural product in our wines. Thus our team allows you to appreciate local champagnes, exclusively from a Taissy production, in blended parcels, or in single grape varieties dictated by the dominant of each unique year.
