Skånsk Chili is a family business that grows organic chili and manufactures chili sauces in southern Sweden. The company takes responsibility for the entire chain from putting seed in the soil to the finished sauce. By using utility animals such as fry and ladybugs, chiline can be grown completely without pesticides. Cultivation is also climate-friendly because it only occurs during the summer months. The production is small scale and artisanal and chiline is prepared gently to accentuate the unique flavours found in each chili variety.Read their story
