My love affair with the kitchen began at the age of 7. Kids my age enjoyed playing outside but I was learning how to cook and bake with my grandmother that lived across the street. I grew up surrounded by delicious Sicilian Food and spending Sundays with my family. My family enjoyed fresh and delicious home cooked meals as my Abenaki Native father and French grandfather had large gardens and we raised chickens so we ate what we grew. We would can tomatoes and vegetables to get us through cold New England winters. I continued to perfect my cooking skills through my young adult years. My MeMe's love of cooking and my Godmother/Aunt Nancy's love of baking inspired me to ignite my passion. I was taught all their secrets, and that love of cooking and baking I share with my adult children. I started my baking business in 1995 and expanded into the preserving part of my business in 2001 after my MeMe passed. My father played a big role in the preservation part of my business as I would help him with the canning. I look at cooking as another way to share my love of good, all natural food and the memories made around the table and in the kitchen. To see others enjoy my products is satisfying and truly warms my heart. We used eco-friendly recyclable plastic and glass for all of our packaging. We also offer to our local retailers a buy back program where our glass jars can be returned to us and sanitized and re-used.
